Hi,
I have some questions related to the campaign setup :

1/ what is Opt-In Level (single,double) for ?
2/ what is Opt-In Url for ?   
3/ what is Opt-Out Url for ?   

I have setup a campaign without specifying the opt-in and opt-out urls and runs well.
So what is the purpose to have these urls ?
