SEARCH: Use the search option to see if your question has been answered on the forum before now or if there is an answer in the documentation of your software.
PERSONAL SUPPORT: If you have purchased a commercial version of any software, using the contact option at the licence centre ensures a faster response.
AUTO DELETION: Accounts older than 5 days, with no posts or topics, are automatically deleted. Only register if you are thinking of posting.

andrei 26-07-2018 18:11:48 Hello, I have a couple of problems that I can't seem to solve. 1. Member accounts do not expire. 1 minute, 1 day... it does not matter. 2. Even if I manually change the status of an account, it does not matter. The user can still access the site unless I manually delete the username and pass from the httpwd file. 3. I can not find the way to re-activate members account by paying for re-activation.. even if I redirect the expired user to the rediret page... that's it... where does the user need to go to pay for extening the service, and would that change the status of the account and reactivate the account?
