SEARCH: Use the search option to see if your question has been answered on the forum before now or if there is an answer in the documentation of your software.
PERSONAL SUPPORT: If you have purchased a commercial version of any software, using the contact option at the licence centre ensures a faster response.
AUTO DELETION: Accounts older than 5 days, with no posts or topics, are automatically deleted. Only register if you are thinking of posting.

Default Checkboxes throughout site.Posts in the Maian Support forum by ctstech

ctstech 03-02-2021 15:00:21 Hello. Is there somewhere in a config file that Check boxes defaults can be changed? For example on Tickets we dont need the Ticket History. It seems I need to go into each ticket options tab and uncheck that write to ticket history There were a couple of others, I will take note next time I come across them, but, if there is a common place I could find these settings, Please let me know. Do you have any type of secondary overide file or like a child theme concept? I assume these will be over written in upgrades. Again, not a problem, I take notes and re enter, just making sure.
