Hello David,
Started having an issue with product not showing up in the item categores in the store but found in other places like recently viewed. I checked to make sure the correct category was picked. I don't know what I have missed jewelsohyes.com/product/cameo-ring-1 . Something is not being saved right or I am missing something. I have looked at the several times but.....

You have it in 'Cameo Rings' only. Are you sure you checked the parent category too?
Also, your icons aren't loading correctly, so try uploading the following again:

Yes I was missing the whole folder. Uploading now and will give it a try.

Hi David,
This morning back to the same problem. Added items to parent category and Sub categories are not showing product. When I take a look at manage products to make sure everything has been saved, it hasn'tbeen. Not saving sub category, Alternative Browser Title or related products.

When the parent and sub category has been chosen the product is not saved in the store front categories. some sub categories are created and saved in the admin but dont show up in the store front but the item does get saved in recently viewed and popular products. and when I also add related products that is not working right either. Something isn't working right and I don't know how to fix.
Maybe I don't understand where the related products are supposed to appear. Should they show up below the main product?

I think I have solved the problem, I wasn't choosing parent and sub cat when adding product. Still wondering were the related products are to be viewed?
