PERSONAL SUPPORT: If you have purchased a commercial version of any software, using the contact option at the licence centre ensures a faster response.

lots of webhook/listener errors!Posts in the Maian Stripe forum by zoldos

I've made no sales. But I'm getting dozens of "listener" and webhook failures. What can I do? They said it's probably your code.... |

zoldos 22-06-2022 11:44:16 I'm not sure if this is what you need, but most of them showed: 401 Error Invalid encoding: ISO-8859-1 After another look, the errors appear to be emanating from the Stripe site, not your script. I contacted support, and Stripe said the webhook technically isn't required for a sale. Is this true? Can I simply disable it? |

maiandavid 25-06-2022 05:35:58 The web hook should be set up as per the instructions in the docs. It is required or else the sale cannot be activated.
